Congratulations to the Bethany College Hurstville Class of 2024 on your outstanding Higher School Certificate (HSC) results!
Our school climbed 17 positions in The Sydney Morning Herald rankings, placing 82nd in the state.
We recorded 179 Distinguished Achievers, three All Rounders and five Top Achievers.
We had 41% of students achieve an ATAR above 85, together with 39 HSC Showcase Nominations and 53 VET qualifications attained across the cohort.
Principal Robyn Rodwell congratulated Year 12 on their fantastic efforts.
“We’re delighted by the consistency across subjects. Students’ collaboration and work ethic was impressive, especially post-trials,” she said.
“The nine-day fortnight, with the 10th day being flexible learning from home, was a key part of the success. It embedded independent learning into the cohort and has increased NESA project nominations.”
