The college offers students 14 years and over the opportunity to participate in The Duke of Edinburgh International Award.  This aims to motivate students to become involved in a balanced program of voluntary self-development activities.

Bethany College offers musical opportunities for students of all ability levels, from beginner to advanced. Students are welcome to join instrumental and vocal ensembles.
